The latest Syma quadcopter drone to grace online store listings is the Syma X13. To me, it looks like a knocked down X5C (design wise). Size wise, it looks a tad larger than the Syma X11 that I recently reviewed.
GeekBuying list the dimensions on the X13 to be 15.6 x 15.6 x 3.6 cm whereas the X11 measures 15.2 x 15.2 x 3.7 cm, so there isn’t much really to choose from, size wise. It does look a little expensive for a micro quadcopter drone, at $47, but Syma quadcopter drones usually have a better build than competing products. Whether or not the price is justified remains to be seen, however.
Coming back to the specifications of the Syma X13, it comes with a 200mAh battery that’s capable of returning flights lasting between 7-9 minutes long. The 200mAh cell takes about 60 minutes to charge according to the listing. If I’m not wrong, the X13 will also have headless mode.

Also, the X13 has geared props — something the folks at Syma seem to be a fan of! You can get the quadcopter drone shipped to you for $47 from GeekBuying. Meanwhile, I’ll try and get a sample to test!
