JJRC is a bigger manufacturer than it might appear to you at the first look. It also happens to be a sister company to WLtoys (possibly even the father company), and makes a LOT of quadcopter drones and other toys. The JJRC H10 was announced recently, and it didn’t take long before it struck me that it looked almost exactly like the HT F801c quadcopter drone which was announced a few weeks back.
The JJRC H10 costs $34, which is in fact a little cheaper than the F801c itself. The H10 features headless mode, which is more or less a standard for any quadcopter drone now. It features the same powerful LED on the back as the HT F801c, and comes with a couple landing skids for either side — again a 1:1 match with the HT F801c.
What’s different though is the controller, which on the JJRC H10 is a Syma-like transmitter, while the F801c features a more traditional square shaped controller. Also, the H10 comes in two main variants — one without a camera, and the other with a 2 mega-pixel camera (but no WiFi FPV).
I just received the HT F801c a couple days back, so expect a review in the coming days. Meanwhile, do let me know what you think about this new-ish quadcopter drone that is the JJRC H10!
