Cheerson CX-32 quadcopter drone is a Syma X8C rival with altitude hold

Cheerson Hobby have announced the latest budget quadcopter drone for this season in the Cheerson CX-32. It comes with pretty much what you usually see on a budget quadcopter drone, but this time they’ve thrown in a barometer for altitude hold.

Cheerson are calling the CX-32 quadcopter a ‘media’ drone (for whatever it means). The quadcopter drone¬†will come in a few different¬†versions as listed below, keep reading for more details.

Cheerson CX-32 Variants

There will be a total of four variants of the CX-32:

  • Cheerson CX-32: Basic, non-camera version
  • Cheerson CX-32C: + 2 mega-pixel camera
  • Cheerson CX-32W: + WiFi FPV (transmission to your smartphone or tablet)
  • Cheerson CX-32S: 5.8GHz FPV with included monitor

There’s no word on the price, but the quadcopters should be available from $60-150 depending on what version you choose.

Cheerson have also put together a demo video of the CX-32 with some trippy middle-eastern music playing in the background, as below. The video also shows the quadcopter’s ability of being able to be controlled via smartphone’s gyroscope — neat!

The Cheerson CX-32 (along with all its different versions) should be available on the usual stores (here are the top 5 stores to buy drones from) including Banggood, Gearbest, Geekbuying, etc.
