iPod for music players, Xerox for photocopy machines and DJI for drones… what do these have in common? The fact that the brand names are almost synonymous with the kind of device they happen to be.
Well, if it isn’t clear yet, it’s DJI and their drones that we’ll be talking about here. Specifically, the fact that a few DJI drones just received a price cut.
The DJI drones that received a price cut are the Phantom 3 Advanced and the Phantom 3 Standard, which happen to be two of the most popular drones among consumers.
From $999 and $699, the DJI Phantom 3 Advanced and the Phantom 3 Standard are now $799 and $499 respectively. So if you’re looking to get into the drone hobby, now might be a very good time. The Phantom 3 Standard for $499 especially looks like a killer deal.
The new pricing will take effect starting 6th January 2016. If you’re interested, you can get the drones via the buttons below.
