If multicopters aren’t your thing, the good old Macfree F-22 might be something you might fancy.
The Macfree F-22 is essentially an RC glider that ships in an RTF package. What this means is that you only need to supply some AA batteries to the transmitter to get the glider in the air.
The aircraft itself has a wingspan of 222mm, which is a widely accepted standard. It is powered by a 200mAh battery which promises a battery life of 8 minutes on a full charge.
An interesting feature that the Macfree F-22 possesses is audio feedback. The controller will let you know if your stick inputs have been received by the aircraft in Chinese or English voice… how cool is that!
The aircraft is made out of foam material (EPP), and the makers claim a control distance of about 100 meters. Inside the box, you get: 1 x Glider, 1 x Transmitter, 1 x Battery, 1 x Carrying Case, 1 x Charging Case, 1 x USB Cable, 1 x English Manual.
