The DBPOWER MJX X400W is a relatively small sized quadcopter (30 x 30 x 7.5 cm) and weighs 112 grams. Its control distance is about 100 meters and it comes with a built-in camera.

The drone packs a  3.7V 750mAh capacity battery which ensures a flight autonomy of around 8-9 minutes.

Overview

The DBPOWER UDI U818A is a Parrot AR.Drone looking quadcopter with very similar functionalities at about half the price. It comes with full propellers guards that protect both the drone and the people around it, thus making it a great beginner drone.

The included 3.7V 700mAh capacity LiPo batteries provide from 6 to 9 minutes of flight time.

Features

DBPOWER’s UDI U818A features a 2.0MP camera that can record 720p videos at 30 fps. It can be used for FPV flying on your smartphone through an app. Additionally you can use the G-sensor on your phone to fly the drone by tilting it.

Just like the previous quadcopter, you can fly it in VR mode using a VR headset and the split screen functionality on the app.

UDI’s RC U845 comes with a smaller 3.7V 350mAh capacity LiPo battery, but given the drone’s modest size, it can still provide from 6 to 9 minutes of flight time. Which is still a very good amount in this product segment.

Features

The RC U845 features FPV flying with real-time video transmission to your phone. The camera can record 640 x 480 videos or snap 1280 x 960 pictures. The WiFi FPV has a range of about 30 meters.

The drone also features Headless Mode and can do 360-degree flips in any direction.
