A few days back, we talked about a new ducted quadcopter drone from popular drone maker Cheerson (most popular for their CX-10 series) in the CX-95S. Now, there’s a new addition to the CX-95 family in the Cheerson CX-95W drone.

Seasoned drone pilots will recognize from the nomenclature that the CX-95W is nothing but a WiFi FPV supported version of the quadcopter. It’s still a very cool and easy drone to fly (courtesy the ducted frame) and at around the $40 mark, is pretty affordable too.

Most specifications too, remain the same. Have a look right below.

Cheerson CX-95W WiFi FPV Drone

  • Frequency: 2.4GHz
  • Blade size: 40mm
  • Wheelbase: 80mm
  • Motor: 720 Coreless Motor
  • Flying Time: About 4-5 min
  • Charging Time: About 40 min

From the design, the Cheerson CX-95W strongly reminds us of the popular Blade Inductrix FPV quadcopter. It’s no surprise that Cheerson market the CX-95W as one for ‘FPV beginners’… and perhaps something that will go down well with pilots that indulge in indoor FPV.

You can purchase one from GearBest for $40 and change.
